I think I found the 3.17mm shaft adapter that will work for the fans used on the OpneROV. Maybe someone can confirm this as I am using a different fan than the one on your build and can't do any measurements.

After seeing that one owner of the ROV ran into issues with the malfunction of two Capes I thought it would be good to review the Issue of Static Electricity Discharge (ESD). Hi all
First off I really enjoyed watching the last conference call and seeing the work that has been done. Great job on the voltage monitoring and the new possibilities of tether connections.
